A quiet studio for loud weddings
Lalpaar Studio is named for the red border of a Bengali saree. We photograph the wedding the way it unfolds: the portraits, the arrival, the ceremony and the family close around.
We work in small teams, speak to your family before the day, and deliver a gallery in 3 to 4 weeks.

Before you ask
Six answers couples ask us first.
How long until we get our photographs?
Your gallery arrives in 3 to 4 weeks. A first selection of about twenty frames can come sooner, so you have something to share with family.
Do you travel outside Kolkata?
Yes. Fares and stay are quoted at cost when you enquire, so there is no surprise later.
Is an album included?
The Biye and Biye + Bou bhaat packages include one. Ashirbad doesn't, but you can add an album for any package.
Do you give the raw files?
No. You receive every edited photograph in full resolution. Unedited frames stay with the studio.
How much do we pay to hold the date?
Half holds your date, and the other half is due before delivery. We confirm the date with you in writing.
Can you confirm our lagna?
We can't. Dates on this site come from public panjika lists, and they differ between sources. Please confirm your lagna with your purohit, then tell us the day.
